Documents we obtain

Each document is sourced from the register that issues it. Where a register's access regime is still being confirmed against the primary source, that is stated on the document's page rather than guessed.

Company extract

The register's current record of a company: name, number, status, registered office and officers.

Certificate of good standing

Confirmation that a company exists and has met its filing and fee obligations to date.

Beneficial ownership

The register entry recording who ultimately owns or controls a company, where such a register is open.

Filing history & accounts

Documents a company has filed with its register, including annual accounts where these are public.

Land & charges register

Title entries, mortgages and charges recorded against a property by cadastral or registration number.

Court & insolvency records

Entries from official gazettes and insolvency registers, where published.

Apostille & legalisation

Certification of a document's origin for use abroad, under the 1961 Hague Convention or by consular route.

Certified copies

Register-certified copies of incorporation and constitutional documents.

How a request runs

You give the company name and registration number, or the property's cadastral and registration number. Work is by object of the request — never a search for a person.

Stage one

Placed

Your request is logged against the correct register and the access regime for that jurisdiction is confirmed.

Stage two

Obtained

The document is retrieved from the issuing register, through a licensed registered agent in the jurisdiction where one is required.

Stage three

Delivered

You receive the document with its origin recorded, plus a factual report where you have ordered one.

Request a document

Tell us the jurisdiction and the company or property you need on record. If you are not sure which document answers your question, describe the purpose — we will tell you what the register can and cannot show before you commit. Pricing is confirmed per request; where a fixed price is not yet published for a jurisdiction, it is quoted on request.

Written by named registry analysts

Every factual report is prepared by an analyst who works in that register family, and signed.
